In addition to designing websites for self-storage facilities we have developed SiteLink Web API 1.1 which is a custom programmed ASP.Net web-based application that interfaces seamlessly in real-time with your SiteLink Web Edition database. The software is installed directly on your web server and is integrated seamlessly into your website. Whether you have us design and build your website, you have an existing website, or if your website is being built by someone else, we can integrate SiteLink Web API 1.1.

SiteLink Web API 1.1 Features:

• New Tenant Move Ins:
  Allow new customers to sign up and rent a storage unit directly from your website. The customer enters their contact information, selects a storage unit from a real-time inventory list, then enters their credit card information to complete the transaction. A gate-code is automatically generated and given to the new tenant.
  
  
• Make a Payment:
  Existing tenants can make a payment on their account directly through your website. Tenants log-in via a secure and encrypted log-in page. They have the option to pay by credit card and they can set up auto-pay.
  
  
• View Account Balance:
  Tenants can log-in through your website and view their current account balance. If there is a balance they can easily make a payment.
  
  
• View Payment History:
  Tenants can log-in through your website and view a complete, detailed payment history.
  
  
• Edit Profile Information:
  Tenants can log-in through your website and edit their profile information including, address, contact info, and credit card information.
  
  

• Dynamic Pricing Table Unit Size Standard Rate 5'x10' $69/mo. 10'x10' $89/mo. 10'x15' $109/mo. 10'x20' $119/mo.

  Dynamic Pricing Table:
  The system also features a Dynamic Pricing Table. The pricing table dynamically displays available unit sizes and standard rate. This table would commonly be placed on the website homepage.

When the tenant makes a payment or edits their account profile the SiteLink Web database is updated in real time via SiteLink's secure API.

Registration Page

The first page of the SiteLink Web API is the login page. Tenants visiting for the first time must register with the system (Step 1) by entering their last name, unit number, gate code & location on the registration page. The system then returns the tenant information. If the tenant's email address is already in their profile the API will auto-populate it on the select a password page (Step 2). If the system does not have their email address on file they will be asked for it and asked to select a password to use for the login process. This information is stored in their tenant profile.
